Voor slechts $15USD kunt u het retourproces helemaal overslaan en een vervangend artikel rechtstreeks naar u laten verzenden. Zo werkt het:
1. Houd het Originele Product: Het is niet nodig om het originele artikel terug te sturen. U kunt het houden en ermee doen wat u wilt.
2. Snel en gemakkelijk: Betaal eenvoudig de $15USD vergoeding, en wij regelen de rest. Wij sturen het nieuwe artikel op onze kosten naar u toe.
3. Moeiteloos: Vermijd het ongemak en de kosten van retourzending. Geniet van de gemoedsrust die komt met het weten dat uw nieuwe product onderweg is zonder het wachten.
Hoe te gebruiken:
1. Neem contact op met ons Klantenserviceteam met uw bestelinformatie en een korte beschrijving van uw probleem.
2. Vraag de Herverzend-service aan en doe de betaling van $15USD.
3. Ontvang uw nieuwe product snel en zonder gedoe.
De herverzendienst is ook geschikt voor de volgende situaties:
1. Vanwege het verkeerde adres is het pakket vernietigd omdat het niet normaal kon worden bezorgd;
2. De verzendinformatie toont aan dat het pakket is afgeleverd, maar het pakket is niet ontvangen. Ondanks contact met het postkantoor is er geen oplossing gekomen.

Excellent service. I ordered LG and they were kinda tight, they sent me all 7 pair in XXL for just the shipping charge.
Comfortable fit! Breathable material!
I loved the fit and feel of these thongs. Very comfortable for all day wearing.
Customer service was excellent. I am too large for the 3 pack Allmix so they substituted the 3 pack comfy U convex pouch briefs and I love these! They have a real pouch that doesn't crush my genitals against my body, they feel and look sexy. My wife loves them on me. I told her "I actually feel better about myself when I wear them. It makes no sense but I feel attractive even though no one else sees them". She said "I know, that's how I feel when I wear the sexy underwear you buy me". The pouch is lined and not as sheer as the rest of the briefs, but it shows your form nicely in the pouch too. Order larger than you normally would.

Cant eemember names of each. Mediums are the right size regardless. The thongs with the black waist lining are great! No feel fit all day comfy, love em! The others are too tight for my package. Also got a lot of rubbing from the seams. Really uncomfy! Not even wearing them any more. Trying other brands. Plus wait time for delivery is long.
The new set of underwear fit and felt much better. Thank you for your service.

Sehr kundenfreundlich: hatte Wäsche bewusst eine Nummer größer bestellt, da ich wusste, dass asiatische Größen kleiner ausfallen als europäische. Doch hatte man mir - sicher in guter Absicht - die Produkte aus dem gleichen Grund ebenfalls eine Nummer größer als von mir bestellt, gesendet. Da eine Rücksendung/ein Umtausch kostspielig gewesen wäre, wurde mir eine kostenlose Ersatzlieferung angeboten, für die ich nur die Versandkosten tragen musste. Hinweis: um das Problem des anderen (asiatischen) Größensystems zu lösen, wäre ein Hinweis auf der Webseite, dass man immer eine Nummer größer bestellen sollte, einfach besser, als von sich aus eine Nummer größer als bestellt zu versenden.

I ordered from Mr. Saker and received the wrong size because I did know that they are smaller than the US sizes. I reached out to their customer service team and I was dealt with courteously, professionally, efficiently and I benefited in a way that I did not expect. Their products are classy and so far I have loved every purchase I have made. My underwears fit perfectly and I want to encourage the world to choose Mr. Saker when shopping for underwear’s.

Comfortable, fits well.
Only criticism would be in actually seeing the Item you choose to buy with the reduced return option you choose. The item i choose was in the colour and size I specified in the email so not complaint there. I just had my fingers crossed hoping this was the case as I could not actually see it.
Finally got the merchandise quickly the second time
I ordered a size Medium but was shipped a size small. It took a month to deliver so I was disappointed. After several tries I finally got someone to respond to me about the size mixup. In order to get the correct size my only option was to pay them another $15 and they shipped me a size Large (which is a little too big). They are comfortable for that post shower pre bedtime lounging around the house.
The order was received and the product was as ordered. I found the product(underwear briefs) was comfortable and supportive. The materials were flawless and well made/constructed. The customer service agent,Cheng, was excellent to deal with during this transaction. This company really does back it's product!! Happy New Year!
