They are an absolutely superb fit! I usually take a size L., but got an XL., thanks to Mr. Saker, because of size differences, according to countries.
I love the concept and feel of these, with the mesh ball sack and separate penis sleeve. Plenty of room for my balls and the penis sleeve is lengthy, so as no problems when erect!
This is my first experience with Mr. Saker....and I will be buying more in the future!

This pair didn’t have a cotton crotch.
The dermatologist said that my [older age] eczema started, and i will be better with entirely all cotton. i agree that your ribbed cotton is the right idea. It’s very difficult and time consuming to find a high-quality comfortable breathable cotton pouch underwear. Modal feels very smoothly comfortable, but ribbed cotton is better for me eczema-wise.

Package arrived in a timely manner and happy with the online service given. In my previous order of underpants, I ordered the medium size as that's the normal size I do wear here in Australia. Not to say they weren't ok, they were just a little to snug. In my recent order, I ordered the large size and to my surprise they actually fit perfectly. In my previous post I did say that these particular underpants are slightly different to wearing regular underpants as your dick is on the outside of the garment freely getting the air it needs. As opposed to having your dick nestled inside regular underpants sweating away and being uncomfortable and also have to readjust on occasions. I'm one happy little chappie.
