Meillä Mr Saker ymmärrämme, että palautukset voivat olla hankalia sekä ajallisesti että kustannuksilta. Siksi tarjoamme kätevän vaihtoehdon uudelleenlähetyspalvelullamme.
Vain 15 USD maksua vastaan voit ohittaa palautusprosessin kokonaan ja saada korvaavan tuotteen lähetettynä suoraan sinulle. Näin se toimii:
1. Säilytä Alkuperäinen Tuote: Alkuperäistä tuotetta ei tarvitse palauttaa. Voit pitää sen ja käsitellä sen haluamallasi tavalla.
2. Nopea ja helppo: Maksa vain 15USD maksu, ja me hoidamme loput. Lähetämme uuden tuotteen sinulle kustannuksillamme.
3. Vaivatonta: Vältä palautuskulujen ja vaivannäön. Nauti rauhasta, kun tiedät uuden tuotteen olevan matkalla ilman odotusta.
Käyttöohje:
1. Ota yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun tiimiimme tilauksesi tiedoilla ja lyhyellä kuvauksella ongelmastasi.
2. Pyydä uudelleenlähetyspalvelua ja suorita 15 USD maksu.
3. Vastaanota uusi tuotesi nopeasti ja vaivattomasti.
Uudelleenlähetyspalvelu sopii myös seuraaviin tilanteisiin:
1. Väärän osoitteen vuoksi paketti tuhoutui, kun sitä ei toimitettu normaalisti;
2. Toimitustiedot osoittavat, että paketti on toimitettu, mutta pakettia ei ole vastaanotettu. Huolimatta postitoimistoon yhteydenotosta, ratkaisua ei ole saatu.

Excellent service. I ordered LG and they were kinda tight, they sent me all 7 pair in XXL for just the shipping charge.
Comfortable fit! Breathable material!
I loved the fit and feel of these thongs. Very comfortable for all day wearing.
Customer service was excellent. I am too large for the 3 pack Allmix so they substituted the 3 pack comfy U convex pouch briefs and I love these! They have a real pouch that doesn't crush my genitals against my body, they feel and look sexy. My wife loves them on me. I told her "I actually feel better about myself when I wear them. It makes no sense but I feel attractive even though no one else sees them". She said "I know, that's how I feel when I wear the sexy underwear you buy me". The pouch is lined and not as sheer as the rest of the briefs, but it shows your form nicely in the pouch too. Order larger than you normally would.

Sehr kundenfreundlich: hatte Wäsche bewusst eine Nummer größer bestellt, da ich wusste, dass asiatische Größen kleiner ausfallen als europäische. Doch hatte man mir - sicher in guter Absicht - die Produkte aus dem gleichen Grund ebenfalls eine Nummer größer als von mir bestellt, gesendet. Da eine Rücksendung/ein Umtausch kostspielig gewesen wäre, wurde mir eine kostenlose Ersatzlieferung angeboten, für die ich nur die Versandkosten tragen musste. Hinweis: um das Problem des anderen (asiatischen) Größensystems zu lösen, wäre ein Hinweis auf der Webseite, dass man immer eine Nummer größer bestellen sollte, einfach besser, als von sich aus eine Nummer größer als bestellt zu versenden.

I ordered from Mr. Saker and received the wrong size because I did know that they are smaller than the US sizes. I reached out to their customer service team and I was dealt with courteously, professionally, efficiently and I benefited in a way that I did not expect. Their products are classy and so far I have loved every purchase I have made. My underwears fit perfectly and I want to encourage the world to choose Mr. Saker when shopping for underwear’s.

Only criticism would be in actually seeing the Item you choose to buy with the reduced return option you choose. The item i choose was in the colour and size I specified in the email so not complaint there. I just had my fingers crossed hoping this was the case as I could not actually see it.
Finally got the merchandise quickly the second time
I ordered a size Medium but was shipped a size small. It took a month to deliver so I was disappointed. After several tries I finally got someone to respond to me about the size mixup. In order to get the correct size my only option was to pay them another $15 and they shipped me a size Large (which is a little too big). They are comfortable for that post shower pre bedtime lounging around the house.
The order was received and the product was as ordered. I found the product(underwear briefs) was comfortable and supportive. The materials were flawless and well made/constructed. The customer service agent,Cheng, was excellent to deal with during this transaction. This company really does back it's product!! Happy New Year!
