It is unusual to have your balls hanging out of your underwear but not at all unpleasant. In fact it is very comfortable. The pouch holds my cut dick in a good position, especially when I wear a heavy glans ring. A good design!

The most unusual briefs I now own. I only bought one pair because I was uncertain if I would enjoy this unique setup. Surprisingly they offer both support and control, while giving commando style freedom and comfort simultaneously, much better than I could have imagined. Now I regret only buying the one pair. The shorts fit well, save for the enoumous pouch which doesn't seem to cover everything well. The cooling effect is as stated, and quite the look as well. I like wearing these with chaps, they cause a stir :)

These are seriously amazing. I am actually surprised that this is the first underwear of this kind that I have ever come across. The scrotum fits through the hole perfectly and it stays through the hole all day. Often with shape wear like this, the idea is good, but pieces fall out of place. My package is not that big. The smaller cuts on this were perfect for me, and everything stayed in place. You do feel your scrotum rub on your thighs as you walk, in the same way you would in boxers. If you are used to wearing briefs, or boxer briefs, that will be something to get used to, but I enjoyed it. The fly for the penis is innovative too. You can retrieve him easily from either side. The underwear is also comfortable for having him point up or down, depending on what you prefer. I like my underwear snug, so the fit was perfect for me. If you prefer a little more room or you have larger package, definitely order a size up. The fabric was soft and breathable and felt great on everything.

Never Easy
I love the fabric! It breathes & stretches well. I wish the band of fabric between the ball hole & dick hole was narrower so it didn't push Junior skyward when seated. I also wish the legs had a longer, 6" inseam so they didn't ride up. I love the easy-access fly. The ball hole & fly openings are roomy enough to allow different options for how things hang, which is fun. It's hard to go back to normal briefs after wearing these. I'm definitely keeping these for special occasions!

It’s been 4 weeks and still haven’t received the $50 order. No one to talk to about it, the tracking number only says China to USA because they shipped through some company I’ve never heard of before and the tracking number doesn’t give an estimated time of arrival. I’m just happy I didn’t pay extra for fast shipping.
